Freedom Riders

You are travelling through the South with the Freedom Riders in 1961.  You are to create a blogsite on blogger.com that tells of your experience during this time period.  You will design your blogsite to look as much as it can as if it was created in the early 60s.  Things that you will want to have as postings:

1.  The route of the Freedom Rides using maps

2. Examples of Jim Crow Laws they were fighting against

3. Heroes of the Freedom Rides

4. A posting that gives a photo exhibit of your experience

5. A reflection blog that talks about your experience

6. Any other item you think people should know about your time as a Freedom Rider.

Middle East Disruption

In the past few weeks, the Middle East has seen a number of protests that have challenged the governments of the region.  You will create a glog to tell the story of the country you are assigned and explain the relation between the protests and civil disobedience.
